Dear myself,
This is my first ever blog. I want to create this blog because i want to share or tell a story or my life journey.
I have low self esteem. i dont think i'm pretty enough. and i always think that i am fat.
i'm 158cm and 65kg. kinda a liitle bit overweight. yeah i know hmmm
well i try to start my diet today
breakfast:
2 egg
6 pieces chicken wonton
snack:
1 boil egg
lunch:
3 pcs chicken wing
1 bowl of rice
orange juice minute maid
however, after i eat my lunch, i throw up (by force) because i fell bad for eating greasy food and rice. i feel horrible.
does anyone have the same problem like me?
i feel like no one that i can talk about this.
i always forcibly throw up after eating heavy meal esp anything with rice or noodle because i feel bad from eating all the unhealthy carbs.
